How do I know if an item is available? When we receive your order, we will send you an e-mail with the confirmation of your order and the status. If an item is on back order or discontinued, will say in the e-mail specifying the status of the order. Will say “Back order” or “discontinued”. If the item is on B.O. we will inform you the approximate date for shipping.
Please note: It is the policy of Giftsandbeadsshop.com to process all orders in an expeditious and responsible manner. Occasionally, and order may be placed on hold for a variety of reasons. Once an order has been placed on hold, Giftsandbeadsshop.com will contact the customer within one (1)business day in order to verify all necessary information and complete the order process.
How do I check or track my order status? You can check your order and shipping status by contact us At 1-800-830-5268 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.(PST).Monday- Saturday. We would be happy to check your shipping status and track any packages.
What Shipping methods do you use? All our packages are sent via UPS ground service, unless you specify other methods.
What are your shipping costs? Depending the weight we charge what most UPS store charges. Usually range from $5.00 to $12.00. We do not charge for handle or other unnecessary charges.
How long does take to ship my order? Usually we ship all order in 48 hours. But in some cases might take 5 to 7 business days. We will inform you if it might be some delay.
When will charge my credit card? We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.
Do you accept International orders? Yes, we do and we recommend make payments by Credit Card.
